We expect all clients to treat our services and staff with respect.  Behavior deemed inappropriate may result in service termination without a refund.

For Shoppers:

  • All purchases are subject to availability and final pricing at checkout.

  • You are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping and billing information.

  • You must ensure all listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders and complying with applicable laws.

  • We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts that breach our policies.

6. Content by Users, Bloggers & Vloggers

You retain ownership of content you create and post (blogs, videos, comments, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform.

You may not post:

  • Plagiarized or copyrighted material without permission,

  • Misinformation or harmful advice,

  • AI-generated content that impersonates real individuals.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines [link].

7. Tarot Readings & Spiritual Services

The Platform may host spiritual advisors, tarot readers, or metaphysical practitioners.

By engaging with these services:

  • You understand these are for entertainment, insight, or spiritual purposes only and not substitutes for professional legal, medical, or psychological advice.

  • We are not liable for actions taken based on advice received via tarot or spiritual sessions.

  • Readers must clearly disclose if readings are paid, free, or promotional and must not make guaranteed outcome claims.

  • ·Full payment is required at the time of booking.

·Cancellation made 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund or a rescheduling.

·No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
