Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Condition 1
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be fully replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
Condition 2
For all other return requests (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, etc.), we offer store credit only — no cash refunds.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Store Credit Terms
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

A store credit code equal to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping).

For all other return requests (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, etc.), we offer store credit only — no cash refunds.

Store credit will be sent via email once the return is processed.

Credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Each item is custom printed just for you, which is why we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or mistaken orders.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Items returned without prior approval or past the 30-day window will not be eligible for credit or refund.
