Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me for your personal reading. Each reading is done with care, intention, and respect for both your time and mine. Readings are delivered via email based on the service selected and the information you provide at booking. Booking Window To keep things running smoothly: All personal readings must be booked at least one (1) day in advance. Requests made with less than three (3) days’ notice may include a rush fee, depending on availability. Same-day requests are not accepted. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule your reading up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as preparation for your reading will already be underway. Pricing Pricing reflects the time, focus, and care that goes into each reading. Rates may change from time to time and will always be clearly stated at the time of booking. The price you see when you book is the price that applies to your reading. Acknowledgment By booking a personal reading, you agree to this policy and understand that once preparation has begun, all services are final.
